Who I Help

Support for adults and children

I work with adults and children aged five and over. I have specialist experience with children and young people, and I also have strong experience working with adults. I believe with all my heart that it is never too late to rebuild: there is always a chance to map out a new path, take back control, and rethink what wellbeing and life can look like. I work with:

Trauma Anxiety Depression & low mood Emotional dysregulation Recovery from addiction Recovery from domestic abuse
Welcoming adults & children aged 5+

Please note: complexity is assessed on a case-by-case basis, to make sure this service is the right fit for you. Roots & Tides is not a crisis service — if you need urgent help, please see the support lines on the Get in Touch page.
